Incorrect use of CheckIfObjectVisible


A CheckIfObjectVisible function exists in AstroCalcs, and called by the Observatory class to get a reading. Whether it is visible or not also depends on the width (in pixels) of the display screen. Since the ViewOffset class actually determines visiblity, would be better to call the function in that class instead, or, remove ViewOffset altogether and move function into AstroCalcs. The CheckIfObjectVisible function is also incorrect.
